where's the collapsiblepanel control - if it exists?

Hi,
I want to use the CollapsiblePanel control, I read a tutorial (

http://www.codeproject.com/KB/cpp/CollapsiblePanelVB.aspx)

that says to add CollapsiblePanel.dll to the toolbox.
I can't find this file, is it in VS2003, 2005 or only the Ajax Toolkit?
