Where's Favorites in Outlook for MAC ?

Afternoon,

I have a customer with outlook for MAC, as part of the office suite installed on it.

In outlook in windows we have a favorites on the left above the users mailbox.
Is this featuer available for the mac version? if so where & how to enable pls?
