Whered the gradiant Overlay in layer effects

I just upgraded to Photoshop element 4 and its a bit confusing since a few things have been moved, Im trying to find the gradiant Overlay for a certain Text/Logo Im making. If someone could help me, well it would be helpful!

...i'm not a PS Elements user but i'm sure that if it exists the help files that came with the program will point you in the right direction, sorry i can't help you further than this...
