Where'd My IMAP InBox Go?

Up until about 10 days ago, our Domino server was on an AS400 and we since have migrated to a Wintel server. Everything works fine, when you connect using the Notes client. However I have several users that connected via IMAP and now when they connect, they can see all their folders except the InBox.

Is there a setting or config that we missed? Very perplexed!
