Where/what callmakecall(CTIDial.command)

I am trying to find this function in the bespoke CTI software code that I have and it isn't there! Does anyone recognise the function as being in EventBridge or internal to the Aspect or whatever?
Otherwise I will have to look for some "missing" code :-(

A makecall request maps into the Application Bridge Place Call Request message.
