Im interested in persuing Microsoft certs , and I currently have my A+ , and Net+. Can you shed some light on the best approach or what cert to tackle first? I know of MCP and MCSE. I am more interested in self-study....

Thanks in advance.

What part of IT do you work in? That will guide you as to which cert to go for next. Take a look at the Microsoft Learning web site This has information on all the certs and exams.

My current realm within IT is mainly cabling , and Physical\Data link layer type network troubleshooting as an employee. I do wired and wireless networking part time for myself. I feel I have a strong skillset within the hardware area , but want to become a pro in the software end. Particularly MS , Novell , etc.

End to end administration is what im looking to train in.

I did take a look at the link you sent. While having my coffee. Its confusing.......ill have more coffee.
