suggest you look at local campus or junior colleges for classes. do a search on "Unix Administration" That will provide you many results. Also check out these sites:

See u can know the concepts and have knowledge of Unix admin only if u have an access to a computer that has unix installed on it...b'coz mere reading won't help u .So if u have access then u can search the net for various sites,get some books and then build on your career from that.Solaris admin certification(part 1 and 2) by Bill Calkins and the two sites that unixkid has suggested to u would help u in that.
