Hi All
I have a software vendor wanting to be able to hook into our network to do support.
We have Windows 2003 network, with for now proxy2 which is just caching and allowing users access to web behind a PIX firewall.

What would you recommend to allow them in?
What kind of info do I need from them to setup VPN. Anyone know of good book or resource I can start looking at. This VPN stuff is all new to me.

TIA

If they want to support you, you could look at making them use something like webex which is remote control software that uses HTTP (port 80) so no config changes your side are necessary.

A good starting point for VPN's on a 2003 server is;

This is an online book which I use all the time.
