Where to setup Announcement+MOH in Avaya IPO

I was confuse where to setup Avaya announcement with music that will play continuously until an available agent will pick up call.
Is it in Manager or Voicemail Pro. Thanks

Its all done by the IP Office system, so configured in Manager. Launch IP Office Manager, press F1 and search for Announcement.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
