Where to put the HYPENT.INI file

hi,

we are using Hyperion with Citrix. Now we are setting up a new citrix system and I dont want the ini files to conflict with each other. Already one super user have had an ini file corrupted. Is it possible in Hyperion to set other locations for ini files?

Hi Peter

Hyperion creates the HYPENT.INI file in the default Windows OS folder (either \windows or \winnt) depending on the version of Windows you are using. There is no option to select the path of the HYPENT.INI.

I don't run with Citrix but if you have the possibility for folder redirection or roaming profiles I'd explore that route.
