Where to make bugreports for CM?

Hello,

I haven't done this before and since it's summer everyone are on vacation =)

I have a bug I want to report regarding the HEADSYS setting in the 46xxsettings.txt on 16XX phones, but don't know where to put it.
Tried to register for the webticketing but they said that it was going to be shutdown and I should make a "Service Request" on the support site.

But I understood that that was if I wanted Avaya to do maintance or programming on my PBX?
