Where to get upgrade patches for R7??

We have an R7 v 91-I and cannot share extensions.
Where and how can we get an upgrade patch without having to pay AVAYA $2400 as they quoted me.

Download the latest Patch here, it's for the 91K:

Unfortunately you will need a 8 meg LINEAR flash card and some software to write the Bin file to the card. The software can be bought through Smart Technologies, as well as the Linear Card. Good Luck.

Call an Avaya Business Partner in your area. We do upgrades for all our regular customers for free when we visit there sites on routine maintenance. The most we would charge if we did would be a service call.
