where to get tcom

hi,

i'm a new user of tcl/tk and i want to do some speech work on tcl for windows. i know thats possible with tcl but i can't get it to work. I cant download tcom from the oficial website.
I'm working with ActiveTcl 8.5

can someone tell me how to get tcom?

If you have ActiveTcl, then install tcom following the instructions I posted here:
