Where to get patches/updates

I am looking on Nortel's website and cannot fing BCM 50 & 400 patches and updates. Or at least they are not where they have always been. Does anybody know where to get them now?

Here's something interesting: if you click on the "Home" link from the Avaya ESPL site it takes you to Nortel.com. Bet they haven't caught that yet.

Hmmm... It will not let me register without a "sold to number" It looks like I have to be on a service contract with them in order to get one???

I have a BCM 400 4.0 that has never been patched, online shows only three patches, are all the previous patches included in the current one or did Avaya forget to bring over the older ones?

Gibblett, can anyone get access to the patches or do I have to be a reseller or vendor? When I try to register, it asks for my "Sold to Number" and it says I can find that number on my service contract or invoice...

there are 2 patches you will need, SU system 28 & Desktop 17

load SU 28 first this has 2 parts to it, load software manament first and it will reboot, then load part 2 the SU system update 28, then it will reboot again, then load the desktop 17

SCs5thGen, yes you will need to be a reseller or have partner status,,, what patches do u need

all loaded ok, did get a error for space on the harddrive but it cleared ok and hasn't come back.

Its up to su 29 now.
