Where can I get old versions of IE.
I would need IE4.0 (original, no service packs).
I need it for testing of my application. F: Riku Tuominen

Outside of some generous soul making a CD copy and sending it to you, you might look on any CDs you have, such as older AOL, games, CDs that came with magazines, Microsoft Works 4.5 CD, etc. Can't use it from the Win98 [first edition] disk, too embedded.

You could try going to and typing "Internet Explorer" in the search bar...
I think they have previous versions for download on there.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for advice.
I could not find any IE 4.0 version on my old cd:s.
had only IE4.01 version not 4.0, and it was not the full install file. It recuires Internet connection for the install.

Thanks any way for all help if still getting any other ideas let me know. F: Riku Tuominen
