I'm trying to figure out how the CTI works. I found a document with a couple of examples (tsapi.pdf ver2, May -99). In that document with C-examples they include "csta.h" and "acs.h", among others.
Where do I get these files? I have looked at the installation-cd's but without any luck.
Anyone built any fun applications for callrouting or other? Is it even possible?
