I have a delayed-ring Primary Cover button for the Operator ext on two other extensions. Problem is, if the cover ext do not answer after three rings, the call does not go back to the Operator's mailbox - it just rings and rings.

I searched this forum and found that I probably need to change the Transfer Return times from deafault 4 to 6 rings under Options and under Auxiliary Equip, VMS/AA.

Using MLX-20L, where do these settings reside?
We have Merlin Legend 3.1 ver.2.0 software.

You will need to change transfer return rings from the default of 4 to 6 rings under both Options and VMS/AA. To do so for VMS/AA: Press Menu, system program, start/exit, Auxiliary Equipment, VMS/AA, TransferRtn, backspace out the 4, key in 6 and press enter.

Press back/exit, back/exit, Options, Transfer, Return Time - backspace out the 4 - key in 6 and press enter.

Press Home to exit.
