A client is running Sage 300 2019.1 with AutoSimply MF, IB, SC and PP. IB shows "XZ" as it's module when it's logged into Sage. However, there is a module "XY" with screen ID "XY0001" showing in Current Users -> Other tab. It is logged in as "ADMIN". I can't figure out what is running to launch it. How to find the app with "XY" being referenced ?

Appreciate your help.

Typically XY is a custom app. That roto ID is the one given to custom apps and it has some sort of internal meaning to the system manager (but I have no actual details on what that means). You might have to figure out what workstation is running the custom mod (maybe based on user ID) and go from there.

Another option is to get everyone out of Sage and then look on the server share who has files open.

Thanks for the help!

Workstation level service caused the issue. A program from North49.
