Where to find function FIX_UE668 / FIX688.PRG

We are experiencing the Eval Stack fault error (error: 668). I found in the internet a mention about a small procedure written by Robert Montgomery and placed into the public domain that may resolve this problem. The file is Fix688.prg

Anybody knows where can I download it? Thank you.
