Where to find dumppcl.exe

This old thread talks about a windows command line app called dumppcl.exe

I searched google and another source for this app, but it is nowhere to be found.

I will use it to analyze some files. Where can I download dumppcl.exe ?

Hi,

Having looked at the thread you referenced, I believe this tool evolved into (or heavily influenced) the PRN File Analyse Tool from the late Chris Hutchinson's PCL Paraphernalia suite of PCL utilities, now maintained on github by Michael Knigge.

I think you will find that PCL Paraphernalia is an outstanding set of PCL utilities. Just outstanding.
