where to find BLT documents

The Scriptics site (follow TCL Resources-Software Central-Extensions-TKWidgets) has three references to BLT distributions. I believe the 2.3 version has .man format manual pages, while the 2.4 distribution has .html format manual pages.<br>
If you can't get them here, I can email both styles direct to you in zip files.
