where to find ANSI SQL specs on-line? 1

I have Transact-SQL help as a part of my Microsoft SQL Server installation. I also donwloaded the mSQL help. But after two days of searching I am finally giving up - I can't find the ANSI SQL specifications. Is it available on-line somewhere? Or I am just surfing the 'net ni vain?
