Where to download Universal Audio Architecture UAA?

This is driving me nuts.
After installing Windows XP Pro and all the related stuff, my Audio device is not working because UAA is missing (so it says) which (also so it says) can be obtainable from MIcrosoft.
I search for UAA at Microsoft and all I find are documents and advertisements and articles ABOUT the UAA but not the thing itself.

Help please!!
