Where to download Redhat 7.2.9-39?

I'm trying to install some backup software and the vender suggested Redhat 7.2.4.9-39? I'm writing this from memory, is it 7.2.9-39? Well anyway I've search this forum and the web. Maybe someone here will know where to get it.
I've looked at the Redhat web and they are pushing version 8.0. I need the most stable 7.2.

Maybe they said Red Hat 7 using the 2.4.9 kernel?
