Where to change the default att dn 0 in Applacation Bld?

We have a customer that we just moved and there DID's Changed
to 0XXX so now in Callpilot AppBuilder the MENU Attd Default 0 is conflicting with the lead digit of the ext. Dial by name and dial through is not working it does not go to the ext. We changed the ATT DN to 2 in the PBX. I cant find where to change this in CP or AppBuilder.Has any one had this problem before or knows how to change this PLEASE HELP!

It is in the transfer block. One of the default for the attendant.

if the did's changed, were they 3 digit before ?

if the 0 is the only change you should be able to leave the received digits at 3 for the target line and it will only recognize the last 3 digits

i believe dial 0 is not changeable,(universal constant for operator)

have you noticed that most of the error causes today are between the Chair and the desk ?????
