Where to buy MDR 2000 Buffer Box or Parts

Does anyone know where I can purchase parts for an MDR 2000 Call Data Buffer Box that is used to record the call records? The one I have has a broken switch; are such parts available or do I need to purchase a new box?

Just jumper the switch out.

The units are owned by Avotus (formerly MDR). They can direct you regarding the options to purchase or repair.

My company does a lot of work with MAT, OTM, and Call Accounting and buy and sell refurbished units as well. We'd probably swap your unit for a working box at a reduced price if you're still interested. New buffer boxes can get expensive.

I have a never been used MDR 2000 that I would sell you. I was going to install this for a customer, but they decided against needing the cdr information.
