I looked under /var/adm/sa and there are sar logs for each day of the week. Which is what I want. It is currently set at every 20 minutes. I want to change the interval to 5 minutes. Can I change the interval with the -t option on the command line or is there some file I need to configure?

sar is run out of root, adm, or sys crontab, you need to alter the times there to get the frequency to be faster.
