where;s the command?

Okay, this could be a dumb and newbie question, but everyone in here as well as Cisco keep saying to type this command to do this.bla..bla

But where do I type the command? Say for DOS, I can go to Start-Run-CMD then do DOS command there. But for Cisco Pix Firewall, where do I type the commands? Could someone please show me?

You need to connect the rollover cable (flat light blue cable) to a serial port (Db-9) on your PC, the other end goes to the RJ-45 console port on the PIX.
Then you need to configure HyperTerminal (or any terminal emulation program) with the following settings:
9600 bps
8 bits
parity none
1 stop bit
flow control hardware

and you can enter the commands there. If you want further info look at the link below:
