I'm running into a situation where I need to have access to the SQL of any given report after report execution. It has to be somewhere in the system, as I can see it by looking at report details. Is there a table in the meta data or a file somewhere that holds all the information you see when you look at report details via the web?

Thanks!

I believe the SQL is held in cache, rather than in the DB. Because and changes to the schema, metrics, attributes or filters can change the SQL, it won't be stored in a table. You can always retrieve the SQL programmatically (COM API), do something with the Web API.

what do you need to do with the sql. You can turn on logging with report sql.

If you are trying to see which tables are used, i recommend using the administrator product. You can drill from table to report to sql, very nifty.
