Where is the Render Effect in CS3 Extended?

Please help....I'm stupid....where is the Render Effect in CS3 Extended?

I know its under the tab of Filter...but in mine there is no render...

i think i hit something but i'm not sure cause it was there before...but then i rebooted my whole computer (wiped everything) and then reloaded it.

but now i cant find it (didnt notice it till a week ago that i couldnt find render effect)

...CS3 now has the ability to slim down menu items, at the bottom of the list of menu items you have the option to show those that are hidden...

...choosing window > workspace and choosing another workspace also restores hidden menu items...
