I have heard what so far has only proved to be a rumor--that there exists something called the "VBA Help File" which is supposed to be some kind of stand-alone mother of all help resources that's far more complete than any Help file included in Office. Allegedly it covers all of VBA. Unfortunately I've lost touch with the person to mention it. The first time I heard about it, it turned out to be something else. I did not find it on the internet. Perhaps people are making an exaggerated claim about something already well publicized.

I would like to find this if it exists. Could someone shed any light on this?

I believe what you are referring to is the VBA help file. This file is an option when installing Access. By default you will get user help information but not VBA help. Merely go to the control panel to the add/delete program files icon and select Access. Click the checkbox for vba help. This is the same with MSOffice applications.
