Where is the print dialog control?

I have created a custom menu for a report and I want to put the print command under the File menu. The only print command I can find prints the report without displaying the print dialog. This means I cannot specify which pages to print, it just prints all. Does anyone know how I can incude the Print dialog command in a custom menu?
