where is the email inside MM configured?

MM 3.0.

Users are getting messages in the MM email boxes. We dont use that and I cannot tell how the messages are getting there. Many of them are from the same user to himself and only 1 second long. He got so many that callers were told his voicemail box is full. I guess that means they email and voicemail boxes use the same space from the class of service. I dont see any tools for managing this email.

The user probably has the notifyMe setup to go th his Voice mail box and that is why they are getting so many of them.
