Where is the Draw AP Div button in CS5?

I am new to Dreamweaver and have downloaded the trial version of CS5 and am watching some tutorials. In CS3 and CS4 there was a nice "Draw AV Div" button that allowed you to actually draw the div and not insert, then have to manually expand etc.

According to the help in CS5 "In the Layout category of the Insert panel, click the Draw AP Div button." In CS5, under Insert > Layout Objects > AP Div is the only option.

Where is the Draw AP Div button?

this was always misleading in MM and CSX...DIVs are not to be 'drawn' to begin with....it is nothing more than DIV+CSS positioning.
