Where is the CSV Export Option?

Using CR 8.5 thru a Coldfusion 4.5 application. The user is not given the option to export to a csv file. Should there be an option? I do have that option thru my personal copy of CR on my machine.

U2FSEPV.DLL needs to be in \WINDOWS\Crystal or \WINNT\Crystal on the client machine.
