Where is the best place to buy LTO 2 tapes?

They're so expensive but I need two every week.
Should I trust online sellers like the one below. I can hardly believe they would be this cheap if actual new tapes.

Are you in need of LTO 2 or 3? The eBay link seems to be LTO3. And the question is, do you want to trust your backups to those tapes?
