Where is System Properties in XP?

It seems that now that I have XP, I cant find system Properties, you know, the one that shows all the devices and IRQs and if any have a problem they have a yellow question mark.?

Start, run, devmgmt.msc

Or, right-click My Computer, Properties, Hardware, Device Manager.

It might be on your Start Menu.

or, Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager

Press Windows key and pause/break at the same time for short cut to System Properties.

There is also the hw-resources in sysinfo witch is
better if you are just to study the settings
