Where is Notification.tsc

I am trying to configure Alert Agent for a pager. After looking at the seebeyond website, they say to configure the email section of the Notification.tsc file.

I expected it to be stored on the ICAN-root somewhere, but I'm having a hell of a time finding it. Can any one give me a path directory. THANKS, version 5.0.3
