Where is my transform box 1

When I try to select my transform box which usually comes up on the right side of my screen, nothing happens. I have removed corel 12 from my computer and reintstalled it. It still does not come up. All of my other dockers come up when I select them.

Try F8 on start up seems to correct a fair proportion of Draw problems
