where is my modem

i need help finding my modem after that i copyed win2000 pro. on my win98 and convert it to ntfs evry time i try to dial he tells me that he doesn't find my modem
it's an zoltrix 56k modem

Go to Zoltrix, and get the win2000 drivers for it.
Disable com 2 in BIOS setup. If the modem has jumpers, jumper it to com 2, IRQ 3, if not, boot to safe mode, remove all com ports, modems from device mangler, and try installing again. Cheers,
