where is modem driver located?

I put a hardware modem in laptop. before I format the HD I need to find and save the modem driver to disk. Where canI find it?

first, driver data is in .INF file
then, after installing driver, you found them in the registry with a specific ID (look for key VoiceAnswer, GenerateDigit or WaveDriver)
