Where is MBCLEAN.EXE located

you have to install it manually. it's on the SP4 distribution, I think under the Support directory, then a few levels down is an MBXMNGR directory (or something like that).
Go to the link
Download and save "SP3_55SS.EXE Server support files"
Upon executing this file, it will self extract and creates 144 or so files.
Go to the path ENG\SERVER\SUPPORT\MBMNGR\SETUP\I386 and all files are there. You can open up MBMANUG.HTM to read more details.
