Where is it pulling this old IP?

Using Sendmail on our web for feedback forms, etc. When user submits the outgoing email works fine, but internally the email is not be routed to me. In the logs it says:

"Deferred: <old hostname> : No route to host"

I've checked with ISP and our DNS is setup correctly. Plus we have two other servers that are routing email just fine. One is our main mailserver (Exchange) and the other is a Spamassassin box. So where would it be pulling in that old hostname info? There was a reference to this old hostname in the hosts file, and I have since removed it and restarted the services, but same result. There is also an entry for this old hostname in the domaintable file, but I don't think that does any harm. I thought that just mapped the old hostname to the new hostname.

Anyway, any ideas are appreciated.
