Where is HashPasswordForStoringInConfigFile in VS 2008

I have used System.Web.Security.HashPasswordForStoringInConfigFile(Password.text, "MD5").tostring in Vb.net 2003 for a few years but can't seem to find it in 2008. Am I missing something simple here? Was it moved somewhere in security?
