The people at Crystal Decisions tell me that the DHTML Viewer is the Web Viewer of the future for Crystal Reports. It's one of the main "What's New" features of CR8.5. If the DHTML Viewer provides the same functionality as the ActiveX Viewer, but with zero-client, I would get excited about it too. However, I have not been able to find any documentation on Crystal Decisions' site that explains the functionality (e.g. Properties? Methods? How is it customizable?) of the DHTML Viewer. Is this supposed to be secret? Can someone refer me to some documentation?

I may be way off, but I think you are confusing a viewer with a control. I don't think you can manipulate the DHTML viewer. The following link may apply.
