where is dbhelper.exe in ccm 4.0 publisher

i wase wondering where can i find dbhelper for ccm 4.0 or where can i downlod it thanks

Most likely you will have to get it from TAC. It is usually in c:\program files\cisco\bin. I had to get mine from Cisco Tac.
