Where is Call Duration in CCR?

Our BP gave us a demo of CCR, the new reporting program, although it was his first time, too.

Do the reports give stats on "Call Length" or Call duration? We couldn't find it, and in the manual, there is a sample Call Summary Report, but it does not show call length.

Does anyone know if any of the reports in CCR show an Average Call Duration?

If it doesn't, if this new reporting program does not show Call Duration, it seems to be a major oversight. In the previous Avaya reporting program, the Target Member Duration report shows Average I/C duration, total incoming duration, even lets you distinguish between "short" and "long" calls, so they've had it in the past.

I would love to see queue time - agent hold time - agent talk time - and total call lenght.
