Where is Application Builder???

I just upgraded our Option 11c to version 6 and Call Pilot to version 5.x. Application Builder used to be a separate installation which put a shortcut on my Call Pilot browser interface.

With the new version, it doesn't show up on the Call Pilot browser page. Anyone know where to find access to Application Builder? Thanks everyone!
