Where is a good place to find vector clip art?

I have the art explosion cd's but I don't like it very much. Where is a good place to get some decent vector art?

I use Art Explosion at work and I absolutely love it. There are different versions... we have the one with 750,000 images. I bought The Big Box of Art for personal use at home and I don't like it nearly as much. I'm surprised to hear you don't like yours...

The reason I dont like it is because a lot of the images are not easily edited, and contain a bizillion anchor points.. I do find it useful most of the time though. Just wondering what other people use.

Same here, have Explosion at work. I find it useful for jobs were people specifically want cheese looking clipart, past that not so useful =/

Vector stuff that I have found useful is The Ultimate Symbol Collection (

Quite pricey for all the CDs, but I didnt have to pay for it so that makes it a bit better

Other vector stuff that is useful(for me) are corporate logo collections. I have a few collections of logos which I have got from digging on the net. Also add to them with logos I steal from Flash and PDFs. There are a few sites which sell CDs with logos, or if you put in some time searching you can find just about anything.

Other then that, I just make what I need, looks better.

There are a few sites that offer corporate logos for free, such as logohost.com and brandsoftheworld.com is that what you mean?

Ultimate symbols is very pricey - not in our budget. I was looking for something less than that.. If thats all i can find i'd rather take extra time and create something myself.

that has just about every logo known to man and then some, that I have taken elements from and created my own stuff.
