problem is I have permission only in the upload_dir of php.ini; where I can get other dirs to work?

the upload of files works like this:
The HTTP Server uploads the files from the client to the server, and saves them in the temp dir.
Then, you can read them and copy them to the final location.
Where you should change the permitions, in all the final folders you have. If you use windows, you must set full control to everyone (or at least to the user that runs HTTP), or if you use linux you must set the permitions of the folders to 777 (chmod 777 dirname)
